As offshore wind projects in the Northern North Sea grow in scale and complexity, ports are becoming a critical factor for successful delivery. This study explores how closer collaboration between Norwegian and Scottish ports could unlock complementary strengths, ease future capacity constraints, reduce project risk, and create a more resilient and competitive offshore wind supply chain. The findings suggest that a coordinated cross-border approach could strengthen delivery confidence while supporting value creation in both countries.
